Doug Feltz is a 30 year old singer songwriter from Bristol Illinois that’s been entertaining bars across Kane & Kendall counties since the age of 16. Raised on classic rock & alternative rock of the 90’s, his covers range across the 60’s, 70’s, 90’s-now. Drawing equal inspiration from bands like The Who, Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, CCR, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Neil Young, to 90’s bands like Soundgarden, STP, Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, The Black Crowes, to more modern bands like The White Stripes, Drive-By Truckers, Jason Isbell, Ty Segall, & Queens Of The Stone Age.What sets Doug apart from your average cover act , besides being an original artist who performs his own compositions, is his choice in covers and how he interprets them in a way that is both recognizable & uniquely his own. A large part of this also lies in his utilization of harmonica as a lead instrument.
