the loft

The Loft is a beautiful semi-private room located above the restaurant. With stair access from the entrance, it accommodates groups up to 40 comfortably. The Loft has two large screen HDTVs and speakers, as well as table seating.

It’s a great spot for birthday parties, business meetings, family gatherings, and so much more. Rental of the The Loft is subject to availability for group parties.

With the loft space there is a $100 room fee and then your food and beverage on top of that. The room fee is due at time of booking and will confirm your reservation date and time. When renting the loft you may choose to order from our Catering Menu or our every day menu. Please notice there is a guest count minimum of 25 for some of the packages on the Catering menu. Also, some of the packages include soft drinks, coffee and tea. Any alcoholic beverages are charged per drink. You may choose to offer an open bar or a cash bar. You are welcome to bring desserts if you like, but we also offer some great options. When decorating the space we ask... no confetti and no glitter. Welcome to Open Range Grill Catering Menu. In the following pages you will find a variety of catering options for just about any party that you can dream up. This Menu will serve as the foundation for your event. Open Range Grill Event Coordinator and Head Chef are here to help you build from there. We have put together several suggestions for Starters, Salads, Entrees and Desserts. However, if there is something that you would like that you do not see, or if you would like a variation on one of these items, please speak directly with your Event Coordinator. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with a unique private event experience, and we are fully aware that a great event is built on great food.
